Hubert Tang, who works as a bartender, does not plan on spending too much of his winnings; instead he wants to save most of it, carry on his job and maybe buy his mom a new car.
Hubert Tang, a man from San Francisco Bay, found a $20 note outside the San Francisco International Airport. Tang, who had not bought a lottery ticket in over 10 years decided to get a couple of those lottery scratch cards from a store nearby. One of them carried a $1 million jackpot.
