One of India’s largest carrier, Jet Airways, has temporarily shut down operations amidst financial crisis.
With deep sadness and a heavy heart we would like to share that, effective immediately, we will be suspending all our domestic and international flight operations.

The airline, had been in service for 25 years. Its last flight took off on Wednesday. The suspension of the airline has rendered as many as 16,000 permanent employees jobless.

One little known about @jetairways !!! It was also a queer airline. It had several members from the LGBT community. They were all out. It was an unsaid rule to not treat members of the queer community with disrespect. They championed equality. They championed love.
