Traffic police personnel were deployed to make life easier for commuters, however that didn’t help mitigate the traffic situation, reports Hindustan Times.
After the Supreme Court order, over 27,000 diesel-run taxis went off the roads of the national capital, thousands of commuters on Monday had a tough time finding means of travel, their troubles were exacerbated by the searing heat.
Delhiites were ostensibly agitated and took to twitter to express their grievances, slamming the Delhi Traffic Police for failing to provide relief to the commuters.

As expected, Kejriwal was targeted for remaining ‘silent’ over the ruckus.
@ArvindKejriwal who tweets on all issues even though not related to Delhi is silent on Traffic problems that Delhi is facing for 2 days
