Indian railways seems to be in the middle of a major makeover and at the heart of this effort is Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu and his team is tackling one issue at a time with their social media outreach and quick response.
After a series of incidents where passengers were rescued by simply tweeting their grievances to the minister of railways, a woman got helped when a staff member misbehaved with her for questioning cheap bottled water being given in place of rail neer, which is the official water available in trains.

The woman first asked her friend to tweet, and later did it herself saying, “Railway A.C.Staff misbehaved after questioned why not Rail Neer(official packaged water bottle) being sold.Indian railways bad.Staff worse.”
