We are in the middle of the holy month of Ramzan. Muslims all across the world, including India, are observing fasts to get closer to God and seek mercy.
In India, Ramzan is a period of bustling business and activities. Old Delhi’s streets are illuminated at all hours with the delicious scent of food hanging in the air around the majestic Jama Masjid.
With empty bellies and parched lips, Muslims abstain from every kind of food, water and any other wrongful doing. All under the guidelines of the Quran, right from dawn to dusk. But not eating food and drinking water also means spending a lot of time in exalting the Almighty and seeking his forgiveness.
ScoopWhoop brings to you some frames of Ramzan celebrations from across the country.
