It seems that no matter how hard Sri Sri Ravi Shankar tries, he can’t keep trouble away from Art Of Living Foundation’s much talked about World Culture Festival.
Just before the event was about to start In what seems to be like nature’s response to alleged violation of environmental norms by the organisers, it started raining in Delhi, with the Met department predicting two more days of rain and thunderstorm.

While Delhiites welcomed rains as relief on a warm day, there were also those who pointed out how it might not go down well with organisers of the World Culture Festival.
