The perfect romance that Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge portrayed was just hard to recreate. So many filmmakers tried and failed miserably. But the Government Railway Police isn’t amongst them.
The GRP circulated an animated recreation of the iconic last scene. Yeah, the one where Raj pulls Simran up on the moving train. Except that, in this version, they met with a bloody end.
Come, fall in love it seems.
Well at least Raj surviv… no, he doesn’t make it either.
DDLJ might’ve gone all Final Destination, but it’s all for a good cause. The GRP’s message is loud and clear: Boarding a moving train is dangerous. And so is hanging out by the door.
Also, I guess, life isn’t a movie. Sad.
