According to ANI, the 66-year-old actor in her complaint stated that the businessman allegedly molested her over the last few months.

The police reportedly said that both, the actor and the businessman, had known each other for a while; however things between the two had soured over some issues and Aman following this had stopped talking to the businessman. 

Zeenat Aman, as per the report, was eventually forced to file a police complaint because the man allegedly kept calling and following her.

As per the report, the complaint has been registered under sections 304 D (stalking) and 509 (insulting modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code and an investigation in the matter is underway.
