Watched #LaLlorona movie yesterday it wasn’t that bad but not as terrifying as the things adults were telling us when we were kids so we would behave 💁🏻♀️ pic.twitter.com/ystey9uYzc

Tbh La Llorona could have been better if it had more of a Hispanic culture aspect to it and more Hispanic characters like come on this is the story most of us grow up hearing about it , overall the movie was mostly jump scares 😕#LaLlorona

#MejahReview: The Curse of The Weeping Woman #LaLlorona

Good storyline, but with loopholes. Great cinematography. Weak script. It’s just not good enough as too many classic jumpscares throughout the film. Nothing impressive from James Wan this time.
VERDICT: 6/10#LaLloronaMY pic.twitter.com/7gr5UPWHja

Was #LaLlorona actually scary or was it just the years of fear drilled into me as a child? pic.twitter.com/xIhFnGgSWC

The Curse of #LaLlorona is dreadfully dull, jumping from one cheap jump scare to the next like a sort of “worst hits” compilation of the Conjuring Universe’s weakest points. Silver lining? It’s well directed, which bodes well for the director’s next movie: The Conjuring 3.
