Season 7 is over, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that the world has come to an end. Yes, Monday blues will be a thing once more cos you won’t wake up in the morning with a spring in your step to watch the latest episode. However, there are other really good shows in the world. They might not compare to the complex madness that Game of Thrones has been over the past 6 years. However, there are some really good shows and their newest seasons are around the corner. And if you’re playing catch up like the rest of us, there are some fantastic shows which have already premiered in 2017.

Here are 15 shows to help you move on with your life:

1. Narcos

Season 3 will release on Sept 1, 2017.

Escobar might be dead, but that doesn’t mean that cocaine stopped coming out of Colombia. The Cali cartel took Pablo Escobar’s place, and they ran the whole operation like a Fortune 500 company. Fascinating to see what Javier Pena does with the CIA!

Express

2. Bojack Horseman

Season 4 is all set to release on Sept 4, 2017.

The most existential, nihilist horse in the history of TV shows is coming back for a fourth season and we couldn’t be happier. Voiced by Will Arnett, Allison Brie and Aaron Paul among many celebrity cameos like Andrew Garfield, Naomi Watts and many others – this show offers a more stark picture of showbiz than many live-action movies/shows.

If you can’t get enough of Narcos and miss Breaking Bad too much, then El Chapo is the show you have to see. Based on the Mexican cartel, the guy who was finally caught thanks to Sean Penn’s not-so-discrete interview, the show is a literal blast.

Overall topical and even though slightly slow, it delivers.
