Remember those good old days, when we would turn on the TV exactly at 5 PM to watch Ash Ketchum go on yet another exciting adventure with his buddy, Pikachu?
Yep, so, great news folks, Pikachu is soon to be seen on the big-screen in the first live-action Pokémon movie – Detective Pikachu.
AAAAAAAA, right?
Legendary Pictures and The Pokémon Company released the first trailer of the film, and it has got every bit of our attention.
And what’s better? Ryan Renolds voices this furry detective who wears a Sherlock Holmes hat.

Pikachu follows a young man named Tim (Justice Smith), whose father disappeared under mysterious circumstances. And as it turns out Tim is the only person who can decipher ‘Pika Pika’ and understand what Pikachu is saying. The duo consequently pairs up to find Tim’s dad.
The movie seems to have all the juicy bits of sarcastic comebacks and adventure, which has grabbed the attention of kids and adults alike.
