We all love Drake’s songs and the way he performs. Undoubtedly, it is always better when your favourite celebrity is also a nice human being.
Drake scores really high on that front.
On Wednesday, while hosting an after-party event, he stopped mid-performance to call out a man in the crowd who was constantly groping girls.
According to the Daily Mail, the incident occurred while Drake was performing at Marquee nightclub after his Sydney concert at Qudos Bank Arena.
He asked for the music to be stopped and then went on to call out the molester in the crowd.
He pointed out the man from the crowd and said:
“If you don’t stop touching girls, I’m gonna come out there and fuck you up!”
The audience obviously approved of him and cheered Drake on.
Drake also went on to set the guy in his place by making it point blank clear that sexual assault would not be tolerated at his show.
A video of the incident has been uploaded by one of the fans present at the concert.
The security at the concert then rushed to the aid of the female who was being groped.
It is really heartening to see people not shying away from standing up against wrong and setting an example for everyone else around.
