Chinmayi Sripaada, the singer who lent her voice to the ‘Titli’ song in Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer film Chennai Express, was left in a state of shock after her parked car was vandalised and robbed in San Francisco, U.S.

The 32-year-old vocalist in a series of tweets gave a detailed account of what exactly happened.
So… I got robbed. Parked Car got vandalised in the USofA. TIL – leave nothing in the car.

It took me 5 minutes to realize things were missing. The police here in SFO were really kind and told me break ins were common.

Sripaada also thanked a stranger who intervened and saved the rest of the things kept in the car from being stolen.
