According to a report by ANI, the actor has reportedly made a room on the terrace at his 7th floor apartment at Raheja Orchid in Juhu without the permission of Mumbai Civic Body.

Asking Arjun Kapoor to allow the municipal staff on his premises to demolish the unauthorized structure, the BMC has now issued a second notice. 

A report by Hindustan Times confirms, Illegal construction on his terrace such as a brick masonry wall, sliding window walls and placing a metal sheet on the roof of the terrace at his Juhu apartment.

The 31-year old actor who was issued a similar notice by the civic body earlier in March this year over the same issue, is yet to respond to the same.
