Is this part of the promotion for Toilet-Ek Prem Katha, which is based on the backdrop of the Swachh Bharat Mission, initiated by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi?

The film which also features Bhumi Pednekar in a lead role is going to hit the theatres on August 11.
