If my opinion is considered, giving compliments should become a law. Do you agree? I mean, why not? It is the easiest way to see that gleam in a person’s eye. Because at that moment, may be for a second or two, we forget all our problems and just smile. 

But its like a cherry on the cake when you receive a compliment from a stranger. Someone you don’t know, comes up to you and gives you a compliment. Will you not remember that for the rest of your life? I bet you will.
