The definition of patriotism is fluid – there aren’t exactly rules set in stone to map out how exactly people should display their love for their country. Unfortunately, a lot of our politicians say a lot of dumb shit about it.
Raj Purohit wanted to make the singing of Vande Mataram compulsory in schools across the country. Later, on a TV show, he was unable to sing it himself, forgetting most of the lines except the chorus.
