These Guys Added An Indian Touch To The Sherlock Title Track. A Perfect Example Of East Meets West

Rohit Bhattacharya

While most Indians try to emulate the West point for point, Tushar Lall and his crew have gone and done something so much better. Combining the beautiful and haunting melody of the ‘Sherlock’ theme song in a fusion of tabla, keyboard and flute, these modern day maestros have produced a piece that stands all on it’s own. The sheer ingenuity of the track goes hand in hand with the lovely little flecks of Indian classical themes sprinkled throughout the song, making this one video you just have to check out.
