34-year-old Matthew Hogg (pictured above with his girlfriend, Mandy), from England, has a very unusual problem. He gets hungover after eating normal, everyday food, like bread, pasta, pizza, etc. Yes, he doesn’t even need alcohol to feel the buzz.
