Right to equality is the basic fundamental right that every citizen in this country is entitled to. But despite that right, for decades, equality is also something that feminists from all across the world have been fighting to attain.

While constitutionally equality has a set definition, in societal sense equality can mean different things to different people. This Women’s Day, we asked women from all walks of life, what equality meant to them:
