Samsung Galaxy Fold To Finally Go On Sale On 6th September, India Will Have To Wait A Bit Longer

After months of delay, the Samsung Galaxy Fold is finally here. The phone will be available in Korea starting September 6 and will be followed by launches in France, Germany, UK, US and Singapore.

The Galaxy Fold comes with a massive 7.3-inch Infinity Flex display and a secondary 4.3-inch HD+ Super AMOLED display at the front. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor which is paired with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The Indian variant is expected to feature an Exynos 9825 SoC, however, there is no official confirmation on that.

For photography, the phone is equipped with a total of 6 camera sensors including a 10MP selfie camera on the cover, a 10+8MP setup on the top right corner of the inner flexible display while the back panel sports a triple sensor setup of 12MP variable aperture lens, 16MP ultra-wide sensor and a 12MP telephoto lens.

The Galaxy Fold is powered by the 4,380 mAh battery that supports the 15W fast wireless and wired charging. It is expected to launch at $1,980 in the US which means that in India it could be launched somewhere around ₹1,40,000.
