David Warner is in incredible form and the brutal Australian is single-handedly leading the Sunrisers Hyderabad’s charge in IPL 8 as he led them to a 5-run win over Kings XI Punjab.
Warner produced a match-winning 81 off 52 in the match in which no other Sunrisers’ batsmen could reach 30. His innings gave them a solid total of 185/5 on the board.
In reply, Punjab as always got off to a poor start and the match was almost over at 81/5. However, David Miller had another ideas as he smashed a 44-ball 89* to take the match into the last over.
SRH with the win have gone up to third place in the league with 14 points and it will be hard to get them down as stopping Warner seems impossible.
