Chasing 202 to win, RR needed their top order to fire but that didn’t happen. However, Steve Smith (68) and James Faulkner (30) ensured that they got close to the total.
The battle to finish in the top 4 couldn’t have been more dramatic as only 4 points separate toppers Chennai from 6 th placed Mumbai Indians.
