On The 3rd Anniversary Of Sachin’s Retirement, Let’s Relive His Emotional Farewell Speech

3 years ago on this day, Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar played his last match for India, against the West Indies. It was his 200th Test match, a record in itself which is no surprise considering the number of those he broke during an illustrious 24-year-long career. 

In his swansong, he looked good for yet another century but unfortunately departed at 74. After the match, which finished in just 3 days after India won by an innings and 126 runs, Sachin made a memorable speech which saw tears rolling down the cheeks of all those present at the stadium, and even those watching from their television screens far away.

So on the third anniversary of the legend’s retirement, let’s hear that emotional farewell speech again:
