9 times out of 10, when MS Dhoni bats till the 49th over while chasing, it results in an India win. His 50 off 108 balls against West Indies in Antigua on Sunday was unfortunately the 10th occasion. And the former India captain knew it.
Dhoni is known to be one of the coolest customers of the game, one who seldom shows emotions on or off the field. And yet there he was, after the fall of the final wicket, in the pavilion, seemingly disturbed and if captured videos are any clue, the legend also shed a tear and it’s breaking our hearts.
It hurts to see him like this 😞 pic.twitter.com/8UMsek3YVl

Dhoni is still one of the best batsmen in the One Day format and we would like to see him at the 2019 World Cup. We have no doubt that this was just a one-off and that he’ll be back to winning ways real soon.
