MS Dhoni Fined For Outburst Against Umpire

Chennai Super Kings captain MS Dhoni likes to speak his mind and this habit of his got him into trouble as Dhoni was fined 10 percent of his match fee for his comments.

Dhoni, after the 25-run loss to Mumbai Indians in Qualifier 1, termed umpire Richard Illingworth’s decision to give opener Dwayne Smith out “horrible”. And that landed him in trouble.

The Indian ODI captain was found guilty of level 1 offence and he has accepted his fault. Dhoni will next lead his team against RCB on May 22 in Qualifier 2.
