Delhi Humiliate Punjab By 9 Wickets

KXIP can’t do anything right in the ongoing IPL 8 as last year’s failed finalists succumbed to a humiliating 9-wicket loss against a resurgent Delhi Daredevils side.

Forced to bat first, Punjab were pegged to 45/6 and it seemed as if they won’t even reach the three-figure mark but a lone hand from David Miller (42) took the score to 118/8.

Delhi’s Indian openers, Mayank Agarwal (52*) and Shreyas Iyer (54), completed the formality with relative ease as Delhi won with more than 6 overs to spare.

DD have done really well after an embarrassing start and are fourth in the table with 8 points. For KXIP, the tournament is over and all they can do is avoid that infamous wooden spoon.
