CSK Juggernaut Crush Hapless Mumbai

A team that sends Harbhajan Singh at number five to dig them out of trouble with his batting deserves to lose. Mumbai Indians deserved their 6-wicket hammering at the hands of Chennai Super Kings.

At 12/3, Harbhajan walked out to bat and expectedly struggled with a 21-ball 24. In the end it was the regular batsmen, Rohit Sharma (31-ball 50) and Kieron Pollard (64 off 30), who took MI to 183/7.

But no target is big enough once Dwayne Smith (30-ball 62) and Brendon McCullum (46 off 20) get going. As CSK achieved the target with 20 balls to spare.

This is MI’s 4 th consecutive loss this season and they are right at the bottom while MS Dhoni’s CSK have won three in three and are only behind Rajasthan Royals, who have won 4 matches.
