IPL 2015: Player Of The Week – David Warner

Sunrisers Hyderabad are making themselves heard in IPL 8 and their skipper, David Warner, is the main man doing the talking for them. And that’s why he is the Player of the Week.

Warner played a crucial knock of 58 in the match against Kings XI Punjab to take them to a respected 150/6. That KXIP were restricted to 130/9 shows how difficult the Mohali wicket was.

Warner then bettered himself with a blistering 28-ball 61 to topple table-toppers Chennai Super Kings by 22 runs. Warner was deservedly named the Man of the Match for his efforts.

SRH are currently placed 5 th in the points table with 8 points and Warner seems to have taken it upon himself to carry them into the top 4.
