Injured Ashwin To Miss CSK’s Next 2 Games

Chennai Super Kings success in the ongoing IPL 8 is because of the stability they have in their squad. CSK have made the least amount of changes but that’s going to change soon.

Because MS Dhoni will be forced to rest R Ashwin, who injured himself in the 2-run win over KKR on April 28, and will be out for two matches.

Ashwin, in his attempt to take a blinder, injured his bowling finger and had to leave the field bleeding profusely. He will miss Chennai’s match against KKR on April 30 and against SRH on May 2.

CSK are on their way to qualifying for the playoffs with 6 wins from 7 matches but they still will miss the crafty off-spinner, who has taken 6 wickets so far at an impressive economy rate of 6.5.
