Let me give you a piece of million-dollar advice. DELETE all your email drafts after you’re done reading this because apparently your boss can read all your angry email drafts.

So it comes as no shocker that your company has COMPLETE ACCESS to everything you do on any of your Google domains, including your email drafts.
Martin Shelton, an ex-Google employee put up a lengthy blog post explaining the multiple ways in which Google itself can access your G-suite account.
He further added:
Documents within your G Suite domain are not end-to-end encrypted, meaning that Google has everything they need to read your data.
According to Mashable, Google confirms it’s G-Suite account permission policy on the help page. A chunk of it states that:
It’s important to note that your administrator has access to any data you store in this account, including your email.
