The elected representative meant to serve the people, was caught on camera showing some extra dedication to the Gandhi scion. Rahul accepted the offer and walked off without any hesitation , as reported by NDTV.
After the incident hit the news, Naranasamy defended his actions as a gesture out of courtesy, as he offered his own slippers to Gandhi who had removed his shoes in the flood affected area, reports DNA .
