Liquor baron Vijay Mallya may have a debt bomb of 9,000 crore on his head, he may have multiple arrest warrants against him but that surely isn’t dampening the spirits of the self-proclaimed ‘king of good times’.

This Diwali, Mallya is still living it up and sending out expensive gifts to his ‘well wishers’ and journalists.

Recently, Editor of Mint, a business daily, Sukumar Ranganathan, took to Twitter to post a picture of a Black Label whisky box sent to someone by Vijay Mallya on the occasion of Diwali.

Meanwhile, banks and Indian authorities remain clueless about his finances.

Mallya left India on March 2nd and has been living in a UK mansion since then. Several arrest warrants have been issued against Mallya since then but Indian Government hasn’t been  able to complete his deportation process yet.
