Desperate For A Son, A Couple In UP Kills Neighbour’s 4-Year-Old Daughter. What The Actual Fuck!

Even after so many awareness campaigns for equality between men and women, the gender bias is deeply entrenched in our society. So much so that a couple’s desire of having a son led them to commit an unimaginable crime of killing their neighbour’s daughter.

A couple in Sahranpur, Uttar Pradesh, was so desperate to have a boy that they kidnapped their neighbour’s 4-year-old daughter and brutally killed her.

35-year-old Satish Singh and his 30-year-old wife Namita had four daughters and they badly wanted to have a boy after their only son died when he was just 18 months old.

The superstitious couple approached Vriksh Pal, an exorcist, who told them that he could give them a son if they sacrificed a girl child.

So, they conspired and along with Satish Singh’s father’s help, kidnapped Akshita, their neighbour’s 4-year-old daughter.

As a part of a ritual, they chopped off the little girl’s arm, leg and ear while she was still alive before killing her with a huge knife.

Four days after Akshita’s father filed a missing person’s report, he found mutilated body parts wrapped in a piece of cloth, which were later identified as his daughter’s.

The exorcist had apparently told the culprits to throw the dead girl’s body parts near her home so that her parents could find it.

While Satish Singh and Vriksh Pal, the exorcist, have been arrested, police haven’t been able to trace the whereabouts of Kabool Singh and Namita Singh.

No words exist to describe the heinousness of this evil act that deprived a young child of her life and her family of their happiness.
