Sometimes, people are just nice. Sometimes, a stranger can commit a random act of kindness, something that has no long term consequences, but it just happens to make your day.

One such person is this former McDonald’s worker who has admitted to always putting an extra chicken nugget in a 10-piece McNuggets packet.

This ‘hero’ as the internet has hailed him, is a man named Cody Bondarchuk, from Alberta in Canada

New York Post

Cody, who had hidden this action from the world, tweeted about it earlier this week.

He added:

The location was mostly drive-thru so not that I can remember, but I would like to imagine they went home, saw the extra nug, and smiled a little.

He even calculated that he owed McDonald’s about $1,600.

Ever since he made the news of his heroic deed public, Twitter has been hailing him as this planet’s saviour!

This man is a true hero and must be treasured at all costs. Not that we encourage stealing from your employers but you know, sometimes it’s the little things that truly matter.
