Can the Boult stop the Hitman?

That’s the question we are all asking today, as India takes on the Kiwis in the WC semis. News channels are running hashtags with #EkCupAur, covering the excitement levels across the country. We are so close to the dream and there is absolutely no going back from here. Fans are going all out extending their support for the Men in Blue. #INDvsNZ has been trending all day yesterday and is still on top 5 – as fans can’t hold in their excitement and wait for the match to begin. And, I don’t want to jinx it, but I am really praying that the rain does not play a spoilsport today as it did in the last IND vs NZ match during this tournament!

So, while I was scrolling for updates, I came across this beautiful video, urging fans to gather all the strength they can to cheer the loudest for the team. This WC rap song anthem has got me grooving bohot hard, as it rightly captures every Indian’s sentiment today.

‘Khel humara, saare desh ka pyaara, kare hai duaein jab utre yeh gyarah…’

The lyrics totally hit the right notes as it’s not just the Men in Blue, but the whole nation gearing up for the nail-biting match today. From praying in temples to fasting to skipping work, no stone will be left unturned today as we all cheer for Team India. The video shows how the cricket craze unites the country as we play gully cricket and gather around our TV screens donning our blue jerseys proudly, hitting us right in the feels!

So, down a glass of milk, or do 50 push-ups, put on your lucky jersey and stretch a little – Kyunki ek saath India ko jitayenge, ye cup toh hum hi le jaenge!
