A Composer Set Kanhaiya Kumar’s ‘Azadi’ Chants To Beats To Produce This Catchy Tune

It’s not often in the Indie music scene that newspaper headlines inspire song lyrics. But the ongoing JNU controversy has perhaps become too big to ignore.

On Monday, Chandigarh-based musician, Siddharth Sharma, remixed the slogans raised by JNUSU head Kanhaiya Kumar (in the non-doctored tapes that is) and the result is awesome.

The catchy song has been doing the rounds on social media, and we totally agree with what a Twitter user had to say about it: If there is only one foot-tapping number you must listen today, to get your juices going, let it be this!
