This Indian Origin PhD Student Is Suing His University In Australia For ‘Loss Of Sex Drive’

Pursuing a Ph.D. is obviously no piece of cake. But this Ph.D. student of an Indian origin got under so much pressure due to his ‘course’ that he claims to have lost his sex drive.

This student named Kuldeep Mann claims that he paid a college in James Cook University in Queensland 20,000 dollars for his Ph.D. course but the university kicked him out accusing him of plagiarism.   

He mentioned that

It has stopped my sex life. I have no sex drive. There is no stimulation in my organs. I have never had this problem before. I don’t feel any blood down there.

Reportedly, the university had failed him even though he fulfilled all his requirements. 

If the university didn’t have this kind of trick on me, had they not destroyed my… ruined my career I should have by now completed my PhD.

Mann has reportedly demanded 3.125 million dollars from the university. In his claim for damages, he added mental damage and prolonged stress resulting in low sex drive. He also claims that the incident has damaged his relationship with his partner.

He has taken the case to the Supreme Court and is waiting for justice to be served to him.
