Former J&K Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah gave actor Ranveer Singh a run for his money at the NDTV Indian of the year awards 2015 on Tuesday when they both got into an impromptu jig.

The actor had hopped onto the stage in his inimitable style to receive an award at the NDTV Indian of the year awards and danced a bit with host and journalist Barkha Dutt. But then the news anchor called the 78-year-old Farooq Abdullah on stage to present the award. And they started playing Malhari, a song from Bajirao Mastani.

The 30-year-old actor tried to match moves with the former J&K CM and union minister, but was left trying to match steps with Abdullah who showed that age hasn’t dulled his dancing moves.

At the end of it, Singh admitted,”Mr Bachchan would be in trouble sir if you took up acting.”
