Anil Kapoor is so impressed by nephew Ranveer Singh’s performance in Bajirao Mastani that the superstar has compared his performance with that of Hollywood actor Russell Crowe’s in his Oscar-winning role Gladiator.
Anil said Ranveer role as Peshwa Bajirao in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali-directed period drama was his best work of his career so far.
Crowe starred as General Maximus in the Ridley Scott-directed, Gladiator, an epic historical drama, that earned him a Best Actor Oscar.
