A day after BJP’s jibe, Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi took no time to take a selfie. The Congress scion was spotted taking a selfie with children during his visit to Chavakkad in Kerala.

Politicians taking selfies in India is now a routine practice as the Prime Minister of the country has been at the selfie game like a pro in the last one year. Wherever Modi goes, a selfie follows.

Keeping in view the competition of selfies, Rahul Gandhi finally broke Modi’s monopoly and took the first selfie soon after BJP senior leader and union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said the Prime Minister should not be blamed if nobody was interested in taking a picture.

Earlier, Rahul criticised the NDA led government terming it a ” selfie sarkar “.
