Karnataka Govt Employee Caught On Camera Kicking A Woman Colleague For Turning Up Late

A government woman employee was kicked and assaulted by her colleague in Karnataka’s Raichur after she allegedly turned up late for work, an ANI report says. 

The incident took place on Saturday and was caught on a CCTV camera. 

The video of the incident shows Sharanappa walking up to the desk of Nasreen and then kicking her while she tries to avoid his blows, the ANI report added.

The report also said Nasreen was observing fast during Ramzan and a minimal staff was asked to be present in the office on Saturday.   

After the incident, the woman filed a complaint against her colleague who was subsequently terminated from his job and arrested by the police.
