India Vs South Africa, Delhi Test: School Kids Can Avail Their Tickets At Rs 10, And Rest At Rs 100

Following the instructions from Justice (Retd) Mukul Mudgal on keeping the ticket rates as nominal as possible, the Delhi & Districts Cricket Association (DDCA) has decided that school children can watch the India versus South Africa Test match buying tickets worth Rs 10 per day.

The decision on the price of tickets was taken by the DDCA’s Executive Committee on Sunday. “The tickets for the corporate boxes are priced at Rs 1000 while general public can watch the match buying tickets of Rs 100 per day. The season tickets are worth Rs 500,” DDCA treasurer Ravinder Manchanda said.

While Justice Mudgal has said that under-privileged school children may get to watch the match for free subject to court order, there is a possibility that DDCA might buy the bulk tickets for these children. For those school kids, whose parents can afford, they would need to spend only Rs 10 for a day’s ticket and Rs 50 for season ticket.
