If you’re like me, you may already have googled your *fatigue* symptoms and found out that you have an incurable disease, but don’t worry, ’cause that isn’t the case. And also, you aren’t the only one feeling this way…

Fatigue? It’s not you, it’s the season – says science.

According to James Wilson, a sleep expert, it’s a combination of things that gives us that tired feeling. He said:

As the nights draw in and the days get shorter, more and more people find themselves feeling lethargic during the day and not feeling as well-rested. The issues impacting on our sleep, and how energised we feel during the day change as we move into autumn and winter.

He added:

The biggest impact on our mood is the lack of daylight during the day. Daylight helps lift our mood, gives us energy and stops our body from producing melatonin, the hormone that helps us sleep.

So, fikar not! You aren’t lazy, it’s just in the air. And, the next time if someone questions, share this link with ’em! Okay, byeeeee!
