To everyone’s surprise, Delhi Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung on Thursday resigned from his post, ending a 3 and half year tenure. If reports are to be believed, Jung is expected to go back to academics, which he considers his first love.

This abrupt departure though confused everyone and people took to social media to express their reactions

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal wished him luck on social media. 

AAp minister Manish Sisodia was also quick to end things on a good note. 

Hinting that a “jung” will continue even post Najeeb Jung’s exit, Kapil Mishra tweeted: 

Congress leader Ajay Maken questioned whether Jung was being scapegoated between the ongoing battle between Kerjiwal and the central government
