A Pig Gives Birth To An ‘Elephant’, And People Worship It As Form Of Lord Ganesha

A pig gave birth to an elephant-like baby in the Khatima village of Uttarakhand. People of the village believed it to be an embodiment of Lord Ganesha and started worshiping the animal.

“We organised prayers for this baby elephant as we believed Lord Ganesha has been born,” said one of the local residents in the video.

However, the piglet couldn’t survive for long and died a few minutes after its birth. The locals said that they will cremate the body with full Hindu rituals.
