Step 1
Find yourself the right tools to measure the shape of your skull. Get a flexible tape measure, one used by the tailors.
Step 2
Start by measuring your forehead. Take the tape and measure the length of the area halfway between your eyebrows and your hairline.
Step 3
Place the tape across the part below the outer corner of each eye and measure the width of your cheekbones.
Step 4
Everyone has a jawline, even if it is not that clearly visible. Measure your jawline from the tip of your chin to below your ear at the point at which your jaw angles upwards.
Step 5
Lastly, try finding out the length of your face. Run the flexible tape from the center of your hairline to the tip of your chin.

The shape of your face is more likely to be round if –

3. Do you have a rectangle face?

a) Your forehead is essentially the same width as your jaw

4. Do you have a diamond face?

a) The width of your forehead is smaller than the width of your cheekbones
