There’s a ready market for what the masses want. Starting from clothes, to all the other things that can be categorised as a basic necessity is not something that has been easily available for centuries to those who did not fit the prescribed notion of normal. We see that change has arrived – we have low floor buses, the Delhi metro takes particular precautions with differently abled people. But there still remains a lot we need to do.
