No matter what you do, you’re bound to get both bouquets and brickbats. Businesses and companies are no exceptions. But most companies tend to display and trumpet their bouquets while sweeping the so called brick-bats neatly under the carpet. The folks at FreeCharge however, did something different. Inspired by Jimmy Kimmel’s Mean Tweets series, they got some of their own employees to read out brutal negative app reviews by disgruntled customers. Well, at least they’re taking it in the right spirit. Take a look.
