Navigating through life with anxiety is not something we expect everyone to understand but it sure does help when they do. As someone who has battled anxiety for over 9 years now, there are certain things I wish I could tell people when they make judgements about my mental health. Especially during my most overwhelming moments.
It’s time we become more considerate.
